Biography
EARLY LIFE
Princess Peters was born in Benin City, Edo state, Nigeria, the 8th of ten children. She had her NCE in Biology and Integrated Science in 2006 at College of Education Benin (now Tayo Akpata University) and pursued a degree in Mass Communication at Benson Idahosa University. She started singing in the children's choir of her local church and began acting in her church drama group at the age of 8.
CAREER
Princess Peters professionally launched her music career with a debut album, 'Kpomwen Ijesu', in 2007 under Lighthworld Productions, followed by 'ERHUN' in 2011. She has since released singles and albums including 'Urhuese', 'Ose', and 'Ogboviosa'. She started acting in her first movie in 2004 and has featured in films like 'Girls are Not Smiling', 'About Tomorrow', and 'Home in Exile'. She has also produced movies such as 'Destiny Gate', 'Singles Clinik', and 'Edehi'.
PERSONAL LIFE
Peters is the founder of Lifted Hands Initiative and Princess Peters Foundation, through which she carries out humanitarian work. In 2016, she launched a program called 'Widows Rejoice' to provide startup business funds to support widows in Benin, Edo State, Nigeria.
