EARLY LIFE
Praise Nelson was born on January 30, 1992, in Enugu state, Nigeria. In 2010, he enrolled to study law at the University of Abuja but missed a semester exam while competing in the Maltina Dance All competition. After the competition, he enrolled in the Mobile Dance Academy in Jos and graduated in 2012. He later returned to the University of Abuja to study Mass Communication.
CAREER
Praise Nelson is a dancer, reality star, and model. He gained popularity as a housemate in Big Brother Naija 5. In 2015, he won an award after participating in the K-Pop World Festival in South Korea as part of the Pacific Stars dance group. He works as a fitness and dance instructor at Ariya Dance Studio, Utako, Abuja, and as a dance instructor at Funtaj International School. He started dancing professionally in 2020.
PERSONAL LIFE
Praise Nelson has a son named Jamie with his fiancée. His younger brother, Michael Nelson, is an actor, model, and dancer. He also has a younger sister named Favour Nelson, who is a model and UI amputee.
