Ngozi Okafor

EARLY LIFE

Ngozi Okafor's story begins in the United Kingdom, where she volunteered with Hope Worldwide International, working with vulnerable youth, many on the brink of homelessness or already living on the streets. She helped them navigate their way back into education and employment, guiding them gently but firmly toward stability and success. She also organized food drives and helped them launch charitable initiatives.

CAREER

With more than 23 years of experience in instructional design and corporate training, Ngozi Okafor is an organizational psychologist, trainer, and strategist. In the United States, she worked with Junior Achievers of Atlanta, facilitating business simulation programs and mobilizing young people to serve their communities through initiatives like Meals on Wheels. In Nigeria, she launched Youth Arena, a popular radio show on Armed Forces Radio 107.7 FM, and partnered with the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Financial Inclusion Committee to produce a radio series on financial literacy. She also created a practical financial workbook distributed across the country and personally financed the startup dreams of over 50 young entrepreneurs in Nigeria. She has worked with global public institutions, spoken at conferences, published books, and trained leaders across sectors and continents, having lived on four continents and worked in 56 countries.
