EARLY LIFE
Morenikeji Uka is a multi-talented Nigerian filmmaker, actor and producer dedicated to telling compelling stories. She holds a First-Class Honours degree in Mass Communication from Lagos State University and has honed her craft at prestigious institutions such as Multichoice Talent Factory, Delyork Creative Academy, Terra Academy for the Arts, and Africa Film Academy.
CAREER
She gained significant recognition after winning the Best Multichoice Talent Factory Awards (AMVCA) for her work on the film Everything Light Touches. Her acting prowess has been showcased in acclaimed productions, including Ada Omo Daddy, which premiered in cinemas and is now streaming on Netflix etc. Beyond acting, Morenikeji has played key roles as a producer, writer, and creative collaborator on several impactful projects, such as Everything Light Touches, Gone, 2070, Chats to Chains, Irinajo, Nne, Isekonu, I Think I Still Love You, and Today Tomorrow, to name a few. With a keen eye for storytelling and a passion for authentic African narratives, Morenikeji continues to push creative boundaries, leading dynamic teams and bringing innovative ideas to life in the film industry.
