EARLY LIFE
Mimi Onalaja, born on September 25, 1990, in Lagos, Nigeria, grew up with her mother and siblings while her father, serving in the army, frequently relocated. Her early education began at Kemsing School International in Ikoyi, followed by secondary education at Queen’s College in Lagos. She pursued higher education at Covenant University in Ota, Ogun State, earning a bachelor’s degree in international relations in 2010. In 2013, she furthered her skills by obtaining a diploma in acting for film from the New York Film Academy.

Mimi Onalaja is a multifaceted Nigerian talent, recognized as an actress, writer, presenter, blogger, model, and media personality. Her career commenced in 2014 at EbonyLife TV, where she quickly gained prominence for hosting shows like 'Game Show' and 'Play to Win'. She also hosted 'The Future Awards Africa' and the ELOY Awards in 2016. Before her television debut, Mimi served as a production manager at Nemesia Studios. Her entry into television was facilitated by Mo Abudu, despite her initial lack of experience.
