Mike Steve Adeleye

Mike-Steve Adeleye is an award-winning Nigerian filmmaker, director, producer, visual effects (VFX) artist, and media executive. He is widely recognized for his prominent executive roles at top entertainment conglomerates, including serving as a Senior Scripted Creative Executive at Amazon MGM Studios and Head of Content/Production for MultiChoice West Africa. Currently, he serves as the Founder and Executive Director of FlushWithFloss Media Ltd. As a senior creative executive, he oversaw highly acclaimed Nigerian originals such as the crime thriller film Gangs of Lagos (2023), the drama series She: Must Be Obeyed (2023), and the critically praised film Breath of Life (2023). He managed high-budget productions and content strategies, overseeing flagship reality shows like Big Brother Naija (2020–2023) and The Real Housewives of Lagos (2022). His executive portfolio includes popular regional dramas and telenovelas like Halita, Diiche, Crime and Justice Lagos, Itura, and Venge. Beyond his executive work, Adeleye is a hands-on creative professional with deep roots in post-production, editing, and 3D animation. He directed Code Wilo (2019), Love, Hate & Ketchup (2016), and October 1 (2014). Adeleye is a vocal proponent of technological advancement within Nollywood.
