May Yul-Edochie married popular Nigerian actor and movie producer Yul Edochie in 2004. She has been described as a supportive wife, marrying him when he had nothing. The couple celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary in 2021. They have four children: three boys and one girl.

May Yul-Edochie is a well-known Nigerian entrepreneur and media personality.
