Mary Anawo

Mary Anawo is a Nigerian actress, movie producer, and fashion designer predominantly active in Northern Nigeria's film industry (Kannywood) and broader Nollywood. She is best known for her role in the critically acclaimed 2020 drama film Voiceless. Beyond her notable appearance in Voiceless, she has starred in regional television series and films including Gimbiya and the daily Africa Magic Hausa drama Juyin Rayuwa. She serves as the CEO of Anapehson Movie Production). Under her production banner, she worked as the executive producer for the film Al'ada (Tradition). Outside of film, she runs a fashion and tailoring brand named TEJU Stitches and is based out of Abuja, Nigeria.
