Elma Baisie is a Ghanaian filmmaker, cinematographer, and creative director based in Accra. She is a graduate of the MultiChoice Talent Factory West Africa. Her debut feature film, 'Everything Light Touches', co-directed during her time at the academy, earned a nomination at the Africa Magic Viewers' Choice Awards (AMVCA) and is streaming on Showmax. She also won 'Outstanding Director of the Class of 2024'. Elma's work often delves into environmental and social themes, as seen in her documentary 'Revive the Ocean', which examines the impact of plastic pollution on marine life and was selected for the CITP2025 shorts program. She also directed 'Moon Over Aburi' and 'Òdè! There Is No Bus Stop on This Trip'.
