Mariam Timmer

EARLY LIFE

Mariam Timmer attended Mayflower school. Her first choice for college was Queens College, and her second was Lagos State Model College, Igbokuta. She attended the University of Lagos for a year before moving to Abuja, where she completed a two-year program in Business Administration. During this time, she began her career as a club PR for Dakova. She returned to Lagos in 2010.

CAREER

Mariam Timmer is a seasoned brand and PR expert, and an entrepreneur. She is the founder of Lure Beauty and serves as the Chief Executive Director at Six Sixteen Agency Limited, and creative director at Lure Fashion Limited. She is also an online content creator, YouTuber, blogger, and content curator. After returning to Lagos in 2010, she started her own PR/event management company, Mariam Adeyemi Company, which later became Six Sixteen Agency. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she co-founded an oil and gas company, JOMANOJ integrated services, with her husband. Mariam is well-known for her appearances on the reality TV show 'The Real Housewives of Lagos,' joining in Season 1 as a midseason cast member and becoming a full cast member in Season 2. She has also pursued further education, taking professional courses such as 'Social Media Marketing Campaign' at the University of Leeds and Institute of Coding, and 'Construction Project Management' at Coventry University.

PERSONAL LIFE

Mariam Timmer is married to John Timmer, and they have been together for over 9 years. They have a daughter named Nova Pearl Timmer. She is known for her calm and reserved demeanor, but beneath that, she is a dynamic woman who balances family and business responsibilities with grace and poise.
