Her professional experience includes co-founding and running an Equities trading firm which was subsequently acquired by a Global financial services Group, where she continued as its CEO until January 2025. She is also the CEO of EFG Hermes Nigeria Ltd and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. She sits on various corporate boards, including the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). Lilian is the founder and CEO of Gold Lilies Global Services, a visionary enterprise dedicated to contributing to the growth of the African creative arts industry. Her company produced the hit stage play Osamede, now a 2025 epic film where she serves as executive producer, championing African heritage and women's strength.
