EARLY LIFE
Kanyinsola Busayo Erogbogbo, known professionally as Kanyin Eros, was born on 24 August 1996 in Lagos, Nigeria. During her childhood in Lagos, she initially pursued a career in dentistry. She completed her secondary education in Lagos and subsequently trained in dentistry. After graduation, Eros briefly practiced as a dentist, applying her medical knowledge in clinical settings before shifting her focus to acting.
CAREER
Kanyin Eros transitioned from dentistry to acting by enrolling in specialized workshops and classes. She began her acting preparation at Blackbox Acting Studio in Chicago and further honed her craft at the Chicago Actors Studio. Kanyin Eros made her professional acting debut in 2021 with the role of Caro in the short film 'Caro-Lina'. In 2022, she appeared in the television series 'The Other Wife', portraying Marjorie Joy. Eros's profile rose in 2024 with roles in the TV series 'Journey to Bloom' as Liya Hassan, the comedy film 'Muri & Ko' as the Pharmacist, and an appearance in season 5 of the comedy series 'Visa On Arrival'.
