Biography
EARLY LIFE
Jubilee Gamaniel was born on October 1, 1988. She acquired a B.A in Theatre and Performing Arts from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria. After college, she joined the entertainment business in Nigeria as a young actress.
CAREER
Jubilee Gamaniel immigrated to Los Angeles in 2011 to pursue a Masters Degree at the New York Film Academy. She is the CEO of an independent production company, Paradigm Pictures International. She has made eight short films, one music video, and is developing her first feature film, 'Tarmun' (meaning 'our pain'). Gamaniel held the crown of Miss Nigeria and was awarded Miss Elegant at the Queen of the Universe Pageant in 2013. She has appeared in music videos with Katy Perry, J Soul Brothers, and Grouplove. She has also modeled for renowned African designers at Ankara fashion week, including Korto Momolu, Solome Katongole, Odunayo Oyato Ade, and TOMS.
PERSONAL LIFE
Jubilee Gamaniel is a strong advocate for women's rights and has worked with several organizations to assist women globally. She is currently working on establishing her own charity called 'PURPLE LOVE' to support young women facing abusive homes, marriages, or deprivation of education.
