EARLY LIFE
John Paul Nwadike was born on June 27 1982 to Mr. and Mrs. Emmanuel Nwadike from Ebenator, Imo State, Nigeria. Raised in Lagos, he attended St. Michael’s Primary School in Ojo Town and later enrolled at Mar-Yola College in Ojo, where he studied from 1993 to 1999. Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at Lagos State University, furthering his education alongside his acting career.
CAREER
John Paul’s passion for acting ignited in 1993, when he performed in a stage drama at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Lagos. By 1998, he joined Nollywood, launching a professional career that has seen him play roles in over 65 films. His talent and dedication quickly garnered attention, leading to a nomination for Best Upcoming Actor at the 2000 THEMA Awards for his role in Blood of the Orphan. In 2009, he received another nomination for Best Supporting Actor at the Encomium Entertainment Awards. In 2010, John Paul attended the Berlinale Film Festival in Berlin, Germany, marking a significant step in his international exposure. With an eye on expanding his career in the United States, he is currently collaborating with a production company, aiming to establish himself as an A-list actor within Hollywood.
