James Pimenta is a versatile supporting actor with credits in British, Hollywood, Bollywood, and Nollywood productions. His filmography includes roles in major titles such as, Tomb Raider (2018), Murder on the Orient Express (2017), Aiyaary (2018, Bollywood), Azhar (2016, Bollywood), Sherlock (TV series, 2013), Unfinished Song (2012). James Pimenta has direct involvement in the Nigerian film industry. He appeared in the 2014 Nigerian epic historical film Invasion 1897, directed by Lancelot Oduwa Imaseun. In the movie, he played the role of a journalist. The film tells the story of the British invasion of the Benin Kingdom in 1897 and explores themes of African art history and colonial injustice. It is one of his key connections to Nollywood, blending international casting with Nigerian storytelling.
