EARLY LIFE
Imohiosen Patrick, professionally known as DJ Neptune, was born on September 26, 1990, in Lagos, Nigeria. He hails from Edo State. He is the youngest of four children, with three elder sisters. He discovered his passion for music in the late 1990s, around age 9 or 10, and taught himself DJing through practice and online tutorials.
CAREER
DJ Neptune began his professional career as a DJ in 2001. From 2004 to 2010, he worked as an in-house DJ and radio personality at Raypower 100.5 FM in Lagos. In 2008, he was signed by rapper Naeto C as his official DJ and hype man. He started releasing his own music around 2010. His debut album, 'Greatness', was released in 2018, followed by 'Greatness 2.0' (2021), 'Greatness III' (2024), and 'Greatness IV' (2025). He achieved a major breakthrough in 2020 with the single 'Nobody' featuring Joeboy and Mr Eazi, which topped charts and gained international recognition. Imohiosen Patrick made his official Nollywood acting debut in the star-studded crime drama Rising: City of Dreams (2022)
