EARLY LIFE
Ime Bishop Umoh was born on 30 August 1983 in Nsit Ibom, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He is of Ibibio ethnicity and graduated from the University of Uyo where he studied Philosophy. He started his acting career during his childhood.
CAREER
He is a Nigerian actor and comedian best known for his role as Okon Lagos. He rose to prominence with the indigenous film Uyai in 2008 produced by Emem Isong and has featured in over 100 movies. He is a brand ambassador for Glo Nigeria and was appointed Special Assistant on Ethical and Social Reorientation to the Governor of Akwa Ibom State in 2016.
PERSONAL LIFE
He married Idara Bishop in 2013 and they have two children.
