HADIZA GABON

EARLY LIFE

Hadiza Aliyu, also known as Hadiza Gabon, was born on 1 June 1989 in Libreville, Gabon. Her father is of Gabonese descent, and her mother is of Fulani ancestry from Adamawa State, Nigeria. She attended primary and secondary schools in Gabon, aspiring to be a lawyer. Her university education was halted, leading her to pursue a diploma in French and work as a French language teacher.

CAREER

Hadiza Aliyu joined the Kannywood film industry after moving to Nigeria from Gabon, relocating to Kaduna. She debuted in Artabu in 2009, gaining prominence in the Hausa film industry. In 2017, she expanded into Nollywood, appearing in 'Lagos Real Fake Life'. She also produces and hosts 'Gabon's Room Talk Show', a syndicated Hausa language talk show that premiered in September 2022. She serves as a brand ambassador for MTN Nigeria, Indomie noodles, and Dangote Classic Seasoning.

PERSONAL LIFE

Hadiza Aliyu is not married and is not currently dating anyone. She has a niece who was previously rumored to be her daughter. In 2019, a Chief Magistrate Court ordered her arrest over allegations made by a colleague, Mustapha Naburaska. In late 2022, she was accused of breaking a promise to marry a civil servant named Bala Musa, an accusation she denied.
