Biography
EARLY LIFE
Festus Aguebor was a native of Benin City, Edo State. He studied at Holy Cross Primary School, Mission Road, Benin City, and Immaculate Conception College in Benin City. After his initial education, he worked as a teacher for a few years at Uzama Modern School.
CAREER
In 1963, Aguebor transitioned to the audit department of the defunct Mid-Western region. Two years later, in 1965, he joined the United African Company (UAC). He later left corporate work to pursue his passion for acting, joining the drama section of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA). He was a star in popular television series such as 'For Better for Worst' and 'Village Headmaster'. He then moved into Nollywood, featuring in over 100 films and becoming a well-known actor.
