Deborah West

EARLY LIFE

Deborah West was born in Nigeria as the daughter of former Nigerian international footballer Taribo West. She grew up in a family with a strong sports background. At a young age, she showed interest and talent in acting, which led her into the Nollywood industry as a child star.

CAREER

Deborah West made her Nollywood debut as a child actress. She is best known for her supporting role in the movie A Star in Heaven (2017), produced by OGPlus Films. In the film, she played a mysterious angel character alongside actors like Jim Iyke, Belinda Effah, and Tatem Spearman. The movie was shot in Atlanta, Georgia, and premiered in Lagos in May 2017. She was promoted as one of Nollywood’s newest child stars at the time.

As a young actress, Deborah West’s personal life has remained largely private. She is known publicly mainly through her connection to her father and her early acting work.
