Biography
EARLY LIFE
Raised in a Photographic family, Curtis started taking pictures at age 15. He attended Los Angeles Art Center College of Design.
CAREER
His attendance at the Los Angeles Art Center College of Design launched a career in advertising. Curtis has won many accolades for his work in advertising including: N.Y. Art Director Award, Norma Award, National Addys, and Clio Award. His work has appeared in many national publications such as: Town & Country, Esquire, W, Print, and Communication Arts. Curtis went on to Attend The American Film Institute. At AFI, Curtis received the Mary Pickford Award Scholarship. His thesis film "The Blue Men" went on to be listed as one of the most award-winning short films of 1990. Curtis continues to Produce and Direct through his Production Co. Greyhouse Films. He made a major impact on the Nigerian film industry by directing and filming the critically acclaimed Nollywood historical action-thriller Oloibiri (2015/2016). "Oloibiri" has received many International awards including NAFCA (Best Picture).
