Biography
CAREER
Christy Ekong, also known as Kristie Ekong, is a Nollywood actress. She became a registered actress with the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) in 2009. After her National Youth Service Corps program, she returned to the movie industry in 2011. She has appeared in several movies, including Blood Money, Idemili, Sunny Bobo, Treasure, My Brother My Enemy, The Storm, My Side of the Story, Freedom In Chain, and The Local Chief.
PERSONAL LIFE
Christy Ekong hails from Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Genetics/Bio-Tech from the University of Calabar. Beyond acting, she is also a fashion designer and dressmaker. She aspires to star in Hollywood and European films and has plans to venture into scriptwriting in the future.
