CAREER
Celine Loader is a prominent Cameroonian-born corporate executive, brand and communications strategist, entrepreneur, and media personality who operates extensively across Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She is widely recognized as one of Africa's leading experts in marketing communications, corporate strategy, and business transformation. She began her professional journey in 1990 at Microsoft UK, spending eight years climbing the ladder to serve as Regional Product Marketing Manager for the Africa & Middle East consumer products division. Upon moving to Nigeria in 2006, she led high-profile brand initiatives for some of the country’s largest financial institutions. She served as the Group Director of Marketing and Corporate Relations at the United Bank for Africa (UBA), where she steered the brand's transformation following its monumental merger with Standard Trust Bank. She later worked as the Chief Marketing Officer for the First Bank of Nigeria (FirstBank). In 2012, Loader explored creative media by co-producing and acting in the acclaimed Nollywood thriller film Last Flight to Abuja, directed by Obi Emelonye. She played the notable role of Seye, the first officer/co-pilot.
