Biography
EARLY LIFE
Brown Ene is a psychology graduate of Ebonyi State University (EBSU).
CAREER
He began his acting career in 2003 while on a pre-degree program at EBSU, securing a minor role after an audition at FATILAMI PARK. He expanded into movie production, working as a Production Assistant, Production Coordinator, Production Manager, and Associate Producer for DANGA MOVIES and IGO MOTION PICTURES. His credits include films like PART OF DESTINY, JAMES TOWN, BOYS OF ARMAGEDDON, THE HIGHJACK for DANGA MOVIES, and LAST PAGES OF FREEDOM, FREMA, NEVER SAY DIE for IGO MOTION PICTURES. From 2014 to 2016, he served as an Assistant Director and Associate Producer under veteran Nollywood director Ifeanyichukwu Onyeabo, later producing his own movie, EAGLE WITH MASK. Additionally, Ene worked as a revenue officer/consultant for Enugu State waste management authority (ESWAMA) from January 2009 to December 2016. He is the Managing Director of NEE FILMS and the Chief Executive Officer of NEE ENTERTAINMENT. In 2015, he was appointed as an Executive Assistant by the Nkanu West local government Chairman, Hon Afam Okereke. Currently, Brown Ene holds the position of Director of Guild Services (DGS) for the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Enugu State Chapter.
