Bond Emeruwa is a veteran producer, accomplished filmmaker, and visionary director, known for his work as a developmental filmmaker who teaches and practices 'Edutainment.' This genre focuses on intentionally educating viewers through film, often weaving social issues into the form and content of his stories. He has worked with UNICEF on projects such as 'Dan Biirni' (an advocacy film in Hausa), 'One Latrine' (a documentary), and 'Newman Street' (an advocacy film on Malaria and health). He has also partnered with NGOs on advocacy projects concerning Ebola, Corona Virus, and Gender Violence, aiming to provide information to rural dwellers. Emeruwa is also the Co-Director at Nollywood Workshops, and formerly served as chairman of the Audio-Visual Rights Society of Nigeria and President of the Directors Guild of Nigeria.
