Barbara Babarinsa is a seasoned film management professional with extensive experience in production, line producing, people management, and creative organisation. She joined FilmOne Studios as Production Manager on the film Kambili and quickly rose through the ranks. Her key producing credits include: Adire (producer) Tòkunbò Aki & Pawpaw Owambe Thieves In September 2024, she was appointed Head of Production at FilmOne Studios, one of Nigeria’s largest and most influential production companies (part of the Filmhouse Group). In this role, she leads the development and execution of major film and television projects while championing Nollywood stories that remain deeply rooted in Nigerian culture yet resonate with audiences across the globe.
