Ayobami Oladejo

Ayobami "Hayorlad" Oladejo is a Nigerian filmmaker, director, and producer with a passion for telling deeply emotional and socially relevant African stories. He is the founder of HC Studios, a growing film and television production company dedicated to creating impactful content that entertains, inspires, and drives change. Over the years, Hayorlad has directed and produced several acclaimed Nollywood films, Documentaries and television projects, including Arike, Akoraye - The People of Modakeke, Keji, Olokuta, Balogun Agoro, Ojise loba orin, Beulah and others, noted for their strong storytelling, authentic performances, and high production quality. His works often explore themes of love, faith, morality, and the complexities of human choices, earning him recognition as a creative voice with purpose. A couple of his works including Keji and Olokuta has been licensed by M-NET for distributions across Africa and Diaspora. With a background in both narrative and documentary filmmaking, Hayorlad continues to build a body of work that reflects his belief that film is not just art, but a tool for transformation and cultural preservation.
