EARLY LIFE
Born and raised in Southern Nigeria, Ashimedua Odiachi studied Public Administration before moving to Lagos to pursue her passion in filmmaking.
CAREER
Ashimedua Odiachi is a highly imaginative writer/director with a strong drive for conscious filmmaking. She has worked as an editor and assistant director on multiple short films. After attending EbonyLife Creative Academy, she was given the chance to direct the short 'The Funeral'. Her other work can be found on her Youtube page @Ash Media. She hopes to revitalize the horror genre in the Nigerian movie industry and is currently building her body of work as a writer/director.
