Biography

Anders Lidin Hansen is a Norwegian filmmaker, screenwriter, and actor. Originally from Tromsø, he is known for his work spanning independent short films, domestic television, and international feature film collaborations. He portrayed Torleif Taraldsen in the long-running Norwegian soap opera Hotel Cæsar between 2013 and 2015. He played the prominent role of Eirik in the 2017 Nigerian-Norwegian drama film The Lost Café. The critically acclaimed film made its Netflix debut in 2020 and earned seven nominations at the Africa Movie Academy Awards. As a director and writer, his short films Slipp meg inn (Let Me In, 2020) and Inn i tåka (Into the Fog, 2023) were screened at the Tromsø International Film Festival. Some of his other notable films include, ROP, and No One Reads Anymore.
