Biography
EARLY LIFE
Ajibola Ademola experienced both affluent and less privileged childhoods, describing himself as 'a beautiful blend of both worlds'. He attended schools in Osogbo and Ibadan before earning a degree in Economics from Osun State University. He is the first of his parents' three children and grew up in Oke-Ado, a low-income area in Ibadan.
CAREER
Ademola Ajibola, widely recognized as Ademola MoreKlue, is the visionary founder of MoreKlue All Youths African Awards (MAYA Awards Africa) and a co-founder of the Oduduwa Movies and Music Awards (OMAMA). He also serves as the Head of Content at PlayHauz TV, MBC Limited's film and content production/marketing division. His journey into media and entertainment began with a show in 2006, followed by a more successful event in Osun State in 2010. He has since orchestrated over 30 events across Nigeria and undertaken various media assignments in West African nations. The MAYA Awards, which he nationalized in 2014, have expanded to nine African countries, the USA, the UAE, and the UK. Additionally, he owns a fashion house called TT Curtz, a footwear brand named Kokoka Footies, and Playhauz Studios, an online TV platform. He produces movies and offers consulting services in public relations and event management. He also announced his intention to run for a legislative office in 2023.
PERSONAL LIFE
Ademola Ajibola is committed to philanthropy, aiming to improve lives by supporting children's education, assisting widows, and easing the burden on vulnerable and impoverished individuals. He launched the ATA Movement, formerly the MAYA Foundation, with the core mission of 'pro bono publico' (for the public good).
