CAREER
Abigail Anaba has spent the last two decades of her life as a writer. She started off with screenwriting in the Nigerian movie scene, Nollywood, and has at least twenty picture credits. She then got a degree in journalism and has contributed over one hundred feature articles, think pieces, and opinion pieces on public policy, women's development, education, agriculture, and social justice advocacy. In 2015, she published her debut novel, SectorIV, and has since completed several short stories and another full-length novel, Switching Play. Dear King is her first work of nonfiction. She is also the founder of GrillandRead, an initiative to get non-readers and lazy readers to love, buy, and read books.
PERSONAL LIFE
Abigail Anaba is a mother to three teenage sons. When not working, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and listening to the voices in her head.
