Storyline
In Tit for Tat, Miriam, an arrogant novice at chores, hires Nkiru, a woman she once humiliated, to secretly cook and clean to impress her boyfriend, George. George, unaware, praises "Miriam's" skills and plans a proposal, asking for her pepper soup. When Nkiru is unavailable, Miriam's disastrous cooking exposes her lie, leading George to end the engagement. Later, George hires Nkiru, sparking Miriam's jealousy. Mistaking Nkiru’s clothes, Miriam texts her, causing Nkiru’s abusive husband to attack her. Guilty, Miriam rescues Nkiru, learning to cook and do chores. With newfound humility, Miriam reconciles with George, repairs their love, and helps Nkiru and her daughter start anew, gifting them a home.
