Mr Lecturer

Jerry is a mean lecturer who bullies Eva, a struggling student. He says terrible things to her. Eva has a very hard life caring for her sick father in a slum. One day, Jerry sees Eva's landlord harassing her for rent. He feels sorry for her and gives her a lot of money for her father's surgery. But then, another student spreads a lie that Jerry is a ritualist who killed his wife for money. The school suspends Jerry because of this rumor. Eva hears about this and goes to Jerry's house to return his money. Jerry refuses the money and tells Eva his sad secret. His wife and baby died during childbirth, and that is why he became so angry and cruel. He says he was mean to Eva because her strength reminded him of his late wife. Eva comforts him. They fall in love. Jerry helps Eva pass her studies. The movie ends with them happy together, healing each other's pain.
