Toke Makinwa is a vlogger author, and television host, she became well known on Rhythm 93.7 FM as a host hosting shows like the morning drive, Toke Makinwa is from Ondo state was born in Idanre, she attended federal government girls college in Oyo state and gained her bachelors degree in English and literature from Lagos state university, in 2016 she released her best selling book *on Becoming* the book entails her life experiences, Toke Makinwa lost both parents to the cold hands of death in a gas explosion, she's well known for her YouTube vlog Toke moment, she has won awards like outstanding female presenter and style influencer of the year, Toke was married in 2014 to Maje Ayida but sadly the marriage ended in 2017 October and in 2025 she welcomes her a baby girl her first child.
